Westbrook’s Pika Energy lands $875K clean energy grant

Pika will use the federal funding to continue development on technology it's created that assists in managing distributed energy systems, including solar arrays, and integrate them into the electric grid.

(Reprint from Mainebiz 9/15/2016) – The Westbrook-based clean energy equipment manufacturer Pika Energy will receive a grant for $875,000 from the U.S. Department of Energy to improve its technology that allows electric grids to use clean energy sources, like solar power. Read more here.
