Summit Highlights: 

Keynote Presentation by Nicholas Chiumenti, Policy Analyst, New England Public Policy Center              “Nicholas Chiumenti is a policy analyst with the New England Public Policy Center (NEPPC) in the research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. His research has focused on homelessness prevention and affordable housing policy, and more recently on rural economic conditions in the Bank’s northern tier. Nick holds a Masters of Public Policy from the John Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in International Relations from Boston University. Prior to joining the Bank he worked for the Economics and Statistics Administration, part of the US Department of Commerce, and as a mayoral fellow for the City of Baltimore. Nick joined the Bank in 2016.”
