May 24 Top Gun Final Showcase 2016
The Top Gun Final Showcase 2016, presented by the Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development, will take place on May 24 from 5P – 7:30P at the Abromson Center, University of Southern Maine. The showcase will feature 6 entrepreneurs who will pitch their innovative companies, products and services to a panel of judges in an effort to earn a $10,000 cash prize sponsored by MTI. Last year’s winner, Rapport of Portland, parlayed their victory into further exposure in, and investment from, Steve Case’s Rise of the Rest Tour.
May 26 Trade Day 2016
On May 26, the Maine International Trade Center (MITC) will host Trade Day 2016 from 12P – 7P at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland. This year’s event is the organization’s 20th, and the theme is Technology Trends: Innovative Trends for Maine’s Global Businesses. MITC is accepting advance registrations until May 24. June 16 2016 SCORE Success Luncheon
The 2016 SCORE Success Luncheon celebration takes place on June 16 from 12P – 2:30P at the Portland Regency Hotel. The event brings together an exceptional group of SCORE counselors, mentors, stakeholders, business owners and entrepreneurs and highlights the incredible work they do.
