Maine to give out another $54M in small business grants

(From Bangor Daily News) As part of Phase Two of the federal CARES Act, more than 1,200 small businesses and nonprofits in Maine will soon learn if they won economic recovery grants. Nearly $54 million in checks will be coming in mid-December.
