Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Forum (E2Tech)

In November 2017, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the appointment of Alex Dunn as Regional Administrator for Region 1. With over two decades of experience in environmental law, legislation, policy, and regulatory affairs, Ms. Dunn will oversee federal environmental protection efforts in: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and ten tribal nations. 

Prior to her appointment with the EPA, Ms. Dunn served as the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Environmental Council of States (ECOS) to help state governments improve water infrastructure, air pollution control, site cleanup, chemical management, and economic development. 

E2Tech welcomes Administrator Dunn to speak in Maine about her goals for the region and insight of federal and regional environmental regulations and policy initiatives within the EPA moving forward.
