Second Annual Speed Coaching Event (Women Standing Together)

This​ ​event​ pairs​ ​WST member mentors​ ​with​ ​women​ ​entrepreneurs​ ​and​ ​leaders​ ​(also known as presenters) seeking help​ ​with​ ​specific​ ​business​ ​or​ ​professional​ opportunities and/or ​challenges.

An Overview of ​How​ ​It​ ​ Works

Each presenter​ ​shares​ ​information​ ​about​ her ​entrepreneurial​ ​or​ ​leadership​ issue​ ​with​ ​a panel​ ​of​ ​3-​5​ ​WST member mentors.​ Mentors​ ​then​ ​offer​ ​feedback​ ​and​ ​advice​ ​to​ ​the​ ​presenter and​ ​brainstorm​ ​ideas​ ​and​ ​solutions​ ​with​ ​her. This is one round and is 30 minutes long.​

The​ speed coaching​ ​consists​ ​of​ ​four​ ​30-minute​ ​rounds​, with each presenter having one 30-minute round with her panel of WST member mentors. The event is followed by a mixer that is open to all event participants and the WST membership. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available, and there is no charge for the event.

If​ ​you​ ​are​ ​a​ ​woman​ ​entrepreneur​ ​or​ ​leader​ ​with​ an amazing opportunity and/or ​a​ ​challenge​ ​you​ ​are​ ​wrestling​ ​with​ ​and​ ​would like​ ​to​ ​brainstorm​ ​options​ ​and​ ​solutions​ ​with​ ​a​ ​panel​ ​of​ experienced​ ​women​ ​business​ ​entrepreneurs​ ​and​ ​leaders,​ ​this​ ​event​ ​is​ ​for​ ​you!

You do NOT​ ​need​ ​to​ ​be​ ​a​ ​member​ ​of​ ​Women Standing Together,​ ​but​ ​you do​ ​need​ ​to​ ​be​ ​comfortable​ ​with submitting some business information ahead of time and sharing your entrepreneurial​ ​or​ ​leadership​ ​issue​ ​with​ ​the​ ​WST member mentors.​ ​ We​ ​are​ ​looking​ ​for​ ​women entrepreneurs​ ​or​ ​leaders​ ​who​ ​are​ ​growth-focused;​ ​bold,​ ​joyful,​ ​and​ ​full​ ​of​ ​gumption;​ ​hungry​ ​for and​ ​open​ ​to​ ​receiving​ ​feedback;​ ​​innovative​ ​and​ ​focused; and​ ​with​ ​a​ ​clear​ ​vision​ ​and​ ​business model.
