Celebrating Women’s Entrepreneurship – Turning Passion into Profits

The U.S. Small Business Administration is joining with SCORE Maine and the Women’s Business Center at CEI to host a small business event designed to assist women in business, women who would like to start their own business, and showcase the resources available to help small business owners achieve success. We are honored to have Congresswoman Chellie Pingree as our featured speaker, sharing her own small business story.

Come here from successful women entrepreneurs from Maine, as they tell their stories of how they achieved success, the obstacles they overcame and how they made it in business. In addition, there will be a resource panel featuring local resources that can help prospective and existing entrepreneurs grow their small business. From free management and technical assistance to grants, this panel will have something for everyone.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is requested due to space limitations. While this event is tailored to women entrepreneurs, all existing and prospective small business owners are welcome to attend.
