Investors & Companies (MCED Table Talk Workshop)

For Maine’s burgeoning startup and growth capital market to continue its upward trajectory, more connections need to be built earlier in the process and across the community. The bi-monthly Investors+Companies breakfast, which will include Networking+TwoPitches, is designed to build a more robust, interconnected and knowledgeable equity investment community in Maine.  The two pitching companies will include one with a successful recent raise, and one currently in the market.

Therefore to conform with SEC rules and protect the companies, the audience will be curated to include only accredited investors and investment professionals, and companies who have raised or are on a path to raise equity in the next 12 months. Top Gun, Top Gun Prep and MoneyTrack clients and graduates, plus all companies with at least $100,000 in outside investment are eligible to attend.
