Save a plane ticket to DC and come to Northport on June 23 instead! MTI is pleased to host the 2011 New England SBIR/STTR Summer Session. This event is a prime opportunity for Maine's small business owners, entrepreneurs, researchers, scientists and inventors who are interested in securing federal funds for their early stage technology development to meet with federal agency program managers who are charged to seek out and invest in developing technologies across the country. Please help us pass the word among your networks and register today to attend this important regional funding event. Let's bring this funding to Maine!
The nine federal agencies represented at the event are funding technology development in aquaculture, agriculture, biofuels, biometrics, drug development, launch systems support, medical devices, nanotechnology, opto-electronics, public health, robotics, sensors, solar energy, transportation, unmanned aircraft, virtual mix reality, warfighters, wireless systems, wind and more. You will have a chance to hear about each agency's funding program AND meet one-on-one with the program directors to introduce your company and project!
