Cluster Initiative Program Application Process There are two levels of awards and application timelines: Applications for awards of $50,000 or less for planning or feasibility studies may be applied for on a rolling basis. Applications for projects up to $500,000 will be called for in a Request for Applications (RFA) and reviewed and awarded competitively. The maximum award amount has been increased to $500,000 per project, as compared to $200,000 in the predecessor program.  Request for Applications and Deadline The March 18, 2010 application deadline for the fourth round of applications has not been established at this time. Please check back.  See Request for Application. Application Requirements Both levels of awards require an applicant to: Attend a MTI Cluster Initiative Award workshop or an individual meeting with MTI as a condition to submitting an application.
