Driving Directions The Maine Technology Institute is located at: 405 Water Street, Ste. 300 Gardiner, ME 04345 (207) 582.4790  MTI is located at 405 Water Street, Gardiner's main street, in the same building as the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy near the intersection of Water Street-Lewiston Road (or ME Route 126/9) and Bridge Street-Brunswick Avenue (US Route 201). The entrance is located at the opposite end of the building from the Medicine Shoppe facing Chapman Fuel (across the street from the A-1 Diner and A-1 to Go) and the Route 201 bridge. Map:  Click for Google Map. Parking:  free, opposite the building and along the Cobbosee Contee Stream, under the bridge of Bridge Street, and along the rear of Water Street. From the North: Take I-95 Southbound to I-295 Southbound, Exit 51 for Gardiner. Take left off of the exit ramp onto Lewiston Road (also ME Route 126 and ME Route 9). Follow for 3 miles. Turn left into our parking lot after passing the Medicine Shop Pharmacy and just prior to coming to the intersection of Route 201 and Water Street. From the South: Take I-295 Northbound, Exit 49 for Gardiner. Take the right off of the exit ramp onto US Route 201 North. Travel on Route 201 for 4.5 miles into the center of town on Brunswick Avenue. After passing the Common on your right, Brusnwick Avenue will turn left down the hill. At the light take a left onto Water Street. Turn right into our parking lot directly after Chapman Fuel. From the East (Coastal from Belfast, ME area): Follow ME Route 3 South out of Belfast for approximately 42 miles. Take a left onto Bangor Street (also ME Route 202 West and ME Route 100 West) and follow for 0.5 miles. Enter the next roundabout and take the 3rd Exit onto ME Route 9 South. Follow Route 9 for 6.25 miles then turn right to follow Route 9 South (this will also be ME Route 126 West and ME Route 27 West). Travel 0.25 miles and at intersection continue straight onto US Route 201 South (Bridge Street) for another 0.25 miles until you come to the intersection of US Route 201 and Water Street. Turn right onto Water Street. Turn right into our parking lot directly after Chapman Fuel.  From the West: Take I-95 Northbound, Exit 102 for Gardiner/Litchfield. Take a left off of exit ramp onto ME Route 9 East/ME Route 126 East (Lewiston Road). Follow for 3 miles. Turn left into our parking lot after passing the Medicine Shoppe and just prior to coming to the intersection of US Route 201 and Water Street. From Augusta: Take US Rte 201 into Gardiner. Just prior to the lights at the Gardiner Bridge bear right (past Rite Aid). At the next set of lights (intersection of US Route 201 and ME Route 126) take a right onto Water St. Turn right into our parking lot directly after Chapman Fuel.
