Directions to MTI’s new offices

From North:

Depart I-295 South at exit 31A

Take ramp right for ME-196 East towards Topsham/Brunswick, proceed 2.9 miles

Take ramp left for US-1 North towards Cook’s Corner/Bath, proceed 2 miles

Take ramp for ME-24 toward Brunswick/Cook’s Corner/Orr’s-Bailey Isls.

Bear right and then turn right onto ME-24/Bath Rd

At second light turn left into main entrance. This is Fitch Avenue. (See below)

From South:

Depart I-295 North at exit 31

Take ramp right for ME-196 East towards Lisbon/Topsham, proceed 2.5 miles

Take ramp left for US-1 North towards Cook’s Corner/Bath, proceed 2 miles

Take ramp for ME-24 toward Brunswick/Cook’s Corner/Orr’s-Bailey Isls.

Bear right and then turn right onto ME-24/Bath Rd

At second light turn left into main entrance. This is Fitch Avenue. (See below)

From Downeast (Route 1):

Follow Route 1 South to Bath

Keep left to stay on US-1 / Atlantic Hwy, proceed 4.7 miles

Take ramp right for ME-24 toward Orr’s-Bailey Isls / Cook’s Corner

Bear right and then turn right onto ME-24/Bath Rd

At second light turn left into main entrance. This is Fitch Avenue. (See below)

From Entrance of Brunswick Landing (Fitch Avenue):

Proceed 0.8 miles on Fitch and turn left onto Pegasus Street (landmark = the second plane on Fitch).

Proceed ~0.2 miles on Pegasus and turn right onto Burbank Avenue.

Proceed ~0.2 miles on Burbank and turn left onto Third Avenue (landmark = the Navy Exchange building on your right).

MTI is the first building on the right. Turn into the parking lot along the front of the building and the main entrance is in the center.
